Divorce
For people who are currently in the process of divorce or who have recently been divorced, we offer a service of commemoration of lost hope and love, of hurt and of letting go.
Marriage after divorce
In line with the reformers of the 16th century, the United Reformed Church sees marriage not as a sacrament but as a secular thing. We recognise that divorce is a failure of marriage, but we welcome people with this experience to come and get married if they feel that they can make that promise of lifetime faithfulness again.
