Baptism
The United Reformed Church baptises both infants and those who declare for themselves that they want to follow Jesus as their Lord and saviour (believer’s baptism).
Infants and children are usually brought to baptism by their parents. If you would like your child to be baptised or have some questions about it, please contact our minister, who will come for a home visit and talk about everything with you.
We baptise only once, so for those who are baptised already (as an infant or as an adult) and would like to express consciously that they want to follow Jesus Christ and grow more into the kingdom that he proclaimed, we offer a service of confirmation.
